SCAM.... I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION AND THEY STILL TOOK MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT AND CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE. THEY KEEP SAYING ALL THE REPS ARE CURRENTLY BUSY. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I CANT EVEN SIGN IN ONLINE, IT'S NOT EVEN ALLOWING ME TO PUT MY PASSWORD IN SAYING THEY'LL SENT ME A LINK TO RESET, I TRIED 10X'S AND NOTHING. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS THE BBB TO SHUT THIS CRAP DOWN! I HOPE THEY SEE MY MESSAGE AND NOT FLIP IT TO SOMETHING ELSE.

I am about to explode from the lack of ethical practices of this organization. I began the process back in January and after being charged over $800 to my flexible spending account they someone how now are charging my credit card a monthly fee of $135. MIND YOU, I have never received a single vial of medication. Here is my first response from their care team: Hi Amy, I am part of the pharmacy escalation team. Thank you for taking our call today. We want to update you on the steps we have taken to address your concern: · Cancelled your prescription order of Tirzepatide. · A refund of $866 has been processed. The refund should appear in your account in 5-7 business days. Please feel free to contact our member support at (877) 870 - 0323 if you require any further assistance. Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm EST, and on Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 8pm EST. Today, I check my credit card and find 3 months worth of charged adding up to $405 on my personal credit card. I waited on hold for 20 minutes to be told that no one is available and to leave a message. I am about to explode. How do I get out of this HELL???

I went ahead and did it. Placed the order but after horrible customer service I called and spoke with someone about canceling my membership and my order. She assured me that it was taken care of and that I would get a refund. That was on the 7th. This morning I got an email that my order is now being processed and that my prescription will be shipped within a few days. I have sent over a dozen emails since Thursday and not one person has responded back. And now you can't even get through when you call. A recording just says that they are busy and will call you back later, but never do. DO NOT GET THE MEMBERSHIP DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL

So, they told me that they couldn’t prescribe for me because it was illegal. I’m a lawyer and I know that this is a company policy, not illegal. Really irritating that they were unhelpful. I do not recommend them.

I placed my order 4/19 is when my card was charged for semigutide membership is 4/18. I have made calls been patient because I have yet to receive my medication. Everything I call its a different story. It's going to be 3 -4 days. Or we are escalating your situation. Than it was the govt halted it will be 2 days . That was long ago. Way past two days. What a let down. It's been almost a month and nothing. Not once have I heard we did wrong and offer some compensation. I'm not rich it took awhile to scrape the money together for this but doesn't matter to this company. If something changes I will update my review but as of now I would steer clear of this place. It's close to a month they have my money but I have never received any medication. Not once has a tracking number been issued. Still pending since day 1. 4/19 to 5/12 still no medication sent. WARNING...WARNING ....WARNING...If you order good luck. UpdateI just canceled my order. I had enough. I will update on my refund since I never used there membership or got any medication. Refund is supposed to be 5-7 business day. The person I spoke to said"the refund would come separately for membership and medication." 5/13 I canceled. I did get a copy of my script quickly. I asked 5/13 got it same day. Not sure if it's the correct one to take elsewhere or not we will see. I will update soon about refund. Thank you

This company is the very worst if you ever, ever, ever need customer service. They will never, ever, ever return a telephone call (877) 870-0323 - you will always get a recording stating you have an estimated wait time of 4 minutes (pretty much always 4 minutes) and then, after 20 minutes later, you get another recording asking you to leave a detailed message and they never return the call. ZEALTHY SUCKS - THEY ARE THE WORST!!!

Charged 39 dollars to find out the cost of their medication. On 5/9/25 I went on their website to find out the cost of their medication. They charged. I saw something that said they charged like 139 a month or something for compound semaglutide. Ok, that would reasonable, right? Well, NO! they charge the medication fee of 139 AND their monthly service fee or whatever so the medicine ends up costing almost 3 hundred a month. I did not submit the CC payment because I can't afford 3 hundred a month but here it is 3 days later and there's a charge on my CC if 39.00 dollars. Ummm for what exactly? I've received no medication or services from this company. Scam much Zelthy?

Zealthy shouldn't even be a contender as a virtual option. Their customer service is slow and never reads your full issue. I've been with Zealthy twice now. I figured the first go might have been a fluke, so I gave them another shot. I regret it 100%. Their billing practices are a nightmare - removed a card? That's okay, they'll still hit that card and prevent you from adding a new one. My daughter had a birth control account with Zealthy that we removed my card from and they continued to bill me, not once, but twice each time. And their crap system wouldn't allow another card to be updated. So, it looked like no card on file, but they proceeded to hit my card twice each month. They just did the same thing to me with my Zealthy account. Hitting me twice for membership fees, but this time they used an old card that was on file, AND a brand new method. Bottom line - Zealthy doesn't deserve your business. Go with another option and save yourself the turmoil of their TERRIBLE business practices & crap customer service.
