I’m extremely frustrated with how poorly this has been handled. I was told I wasn’t a suitable fit for your plan and was advised to cancel my membership — which I did. Yet, I’m still waiting for a refund. What’s worse, every attempt I’ve made to contact your team (through emails and phone calls) has been completely ignored. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid responsibility.

These guys suck! They over charged me. I’ve been calling for a week and I can’t get any one to answer the phone. I’ve messaged them. All I get are generic replies but nothing that pertains to me. I trying to get a refund for being billed twice. I’ve used other online pharmacies before. I’ve never had such a horrible experience. Do not use these guys. Fake!

This company is a scam. They charge for medical intake and then you see the monthly price. You don't want to continue on and the keep your 39.00 for just the intake. Big scam.

Typically, the $39 fee is nonrefundable if onboarding is completed and a provider has reached out. I do not see either of these things have happened so I am happy to refund the $39 to you. Unable to cancel. They disable your login. I know they disabled it because my KeyChain app established the password. If I try to reset my password they never send me a reset link. To cancel, you must log into your account. When I called in the first month they said they could not cancel my prescription, they forwarded by request to their Patient Experience Coordinator, they must call you to cancel, but they never call. Changing your card number doesn’t work, the bank shares your replacement card with Zealthy. So the only way to cancel is to close your bank account. If you can’t trust Zealthy with your finances, how can you trust them with your medication? Unethical by design and to the core via their business structure.

5.27 and nothing. I get email after email about shipping, processing, canceling...I did get a message on the awful app saying they are not responsible for items that are NOT delivered when I asked for proof. I asked for a picture of the house that this was delivered to. 700.00 stolen from me. Worst company! Just try to charge my card again and see what happens. I am getting my attorney involved. I just don't get it. Why? 🤯 So NOW you want to reach out? I have sent so many emails and messages on the horrible app. Terrible company. They took 39.00 and then another 670.00. I get emails galore and some say processing, shipped or something else that doesn't make sense. I get soany "update" that are never consistent. I have also tried reaching out on multiple occasions and nothing or they take weeks to get back to you.

Hello Michelle! I am truly sorry to hear that you did not receive your medication. Once a package leaves our partnering pharmacy, the order is out of our hands and directly in the carriers. If you did not receive your package, you would need to file a claim with them. You can do this using the tracking number we provided. You can also request proof of delivery from the carrier. Customer service is non existent. I've messaged them 25x and they finally respond with a non answer answer. This is a consistent theme over the past few days. They are not shipping the medicine that I prepaid for. They do not answer emails. They do not answer in the app. They put on a facade that they care about their customers but they do not. Wish I read the reviews before onboarding. I never write reviews however felt this was warranted to try and save others from experiencing the same. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. Find alternatives
