Worst company ever! Was rejected GLP-1 for treatment then billed $49 + $135 every month for 6 months without my knowledge. Total Paid $ 859.00 I received no corrospondence or any product. Scammers!

I ordered my first product everything went so well. They advised to order medication way ahead for next month which I did. I placed the order or may 3rd way before my last dose will ran out. Here it is may 16 and still have no medication. I call everyday and I am advised they will contact the pharmacy and still nothing. This company is scam their representatives are rude and the chats are not helpful.

I met with the "coach".. NEVER received the product. CANCELED my subscription IMMEDIATELY!...and they're still trying to charge my credit card, send MULTIPLE texts and I received robo calls at 5am. I've called their "customer service" countless times. EVERY SINGLE time the call lasted well over 30 minutes...then rep would put me on hold after ASSURING me I would received a refund. Then mysteriously get disconnected!!! I've had it with this SCAM company! And I'm gonna make it a priority to warn as many people as possible NOT to do ANY TYPE of business with this unethical, fraudulent company! Shame on them!

DO NOT USE. I decided not to buy medicine from them and they continued to try and charge my card. They had absolutely no way to contact them. I had to CANCEL my card because of them. Absolutely awful experience waste of money.

SCAM! INCORRECT PRICE - THEY SAID A LOW PRICE THEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME $880 EVERYDAY FOR THE PAST MONTH, 3 TIMES A DAY. ILLEGAL AND IVE REPORTED. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING

Scam website, they charged me $200 bucks for medication I never received. Their “customer service” consists of a group of kids who only read something off a computer and that’s it ! I lost 400 dollars than to ZEALTHY

Deceptive Practices I was immediately prescribed and charged for a medication without having the opportunity to communicate with a medical professional. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that they would not send the compounded medication, process a refund and submit a prescription through my insurance. I received written confirmation that they would do this. Several days later, they shipped the medication and informed me that they could not refund me and that "there's nothing we can do." I do not recommend using this company. EDITED : I was not notified that the cancellation was denied, and you were informed that I didn’t want the order on the day that it was prescribed, more than a week before it was shipped . There was ample time to cancel it. Your last message to me indicated that you were submitting the cancellation to the pharmacy and that my refund would be processed. This is an unacceptable response, and I expect a full refund.

I thought this was something I was ready to do.. I paid the $39 and then $899... the very next morning (Saturday, mind you), I cancelled everything. There's no way they already prepped anything - it was Saturday! Anyhow, I sent multiple emails, responded to every text & email stating I wanted everything cancelled. Received multiple 'renew your subscription' emails & texts... and now, I have a notification that my order will be delivered to my house? Today, 5 days later I get a bogus email stating they weren't aware of my cancellation. This is a joke.. and will I get my $899 back? We all know the answer to that. Update… May30- this company is a prime example of the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. My $$ was refunded, but I keep getting texts & emails telling me they can’t refund the $$; messages lowering the price for me to come back; messages telling me my package is on the way. They’re even calling me non stop now. They definitely aren’t legit. Update 7-16: thru originally refunded my the $$$ as the said they would…. Guess what showed up yesterday? They’re trying to take the $$ again - they can’t even stand by their word. Let my $800 plus mistake be a lesson to everyone. This is not legit. 8-11-2025 updates: not only did they charge me for meds I cancelled less than 12 hours after I ordered…. Now, they charged me $139 for a membership I’ve cancelled numerous times. I keep getting emails telling me my membership is cancelled - followed by the explanation of why they’re charging me …. Please just stop the insanity.. 8.12.2025…. Just got an email telling me I can’t cancel? Hello- this was cancelled- read the review- already did the Lydia email too… got one response- no follow up. I sincerely hope no one uses this company- this is awful. I’m going to have to cancel my credit card to make this stop.
