Scam!!! They charged me over $850.00 for a 3mth supply and membership. They said I'd get it with in 7days. I ordered on the 4th and was approved the 7th. Today is now the 20th. They are now telling me I would have to wait 26-27 business days for me to get it even though I was approved. And it's a bunch of "I'm so sorry you are dissatisfied we are working diligently to assist you." I asked to speak with a supervisor and I got nothing. Worst company ever!!! And now I'm down in cash with no product. I'm pretty sure I'll have to take this issue to my bank. I doubt they will give a refund.

I order my medication 4-12-25 with no update I have requested a refund on 4-30 with no response I have called 3 time and nothing very upsetting They keep Saying the will update me and nothing have asked to speak with a manager nothing!!!

Zealthy is very quick to charge their monthly dues and some irrelevant charges but the products I initially ordered since November 2024 has not been delivered. On their Zealthy chat platform, Zealthy employees have been apologizing and saying that it's been passed on to their pharmacy escalations team but all I have received so far are apologies on their end. An apology is not enough if the issue remains unfixed. To add to this, they charged me another "initial payment" charge of $39 when I already got charged that last November 2024 on top of my monthly membership and on top of the product pricing. I kept screenshots of my billing from their app in case it disappears. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH ZEALTHY!

What disaster company. Customer service is disjointed and confusing. I get 7 messages from them and then they all disappear from my account. They tell me they are shipping, they tell me they are not shipping. Save your money, run, run fast from Zealthy! I paid and then they say they need insurance information or its going to cost over $1000.00. I never planned on using insurance They said they shipped and then they said they need my pharmacy information so I can pick up. Rip Off and crappy service and communications.

Fast to take money but not answer questions or give me my prescription or at least communicate what was going on. I called insurance, They just needed the doctor to verify BMI so I could continue with my prescription with insurance. Instead I was told many times the Zealthy provider is busy and will get back to me. I’ve never heard from anyone again. However, they charged my CC for a prescription I never received. They literally dropped me. I think this only works for people who will not use insurance. I emailed Customer Service, they don’t get back to you either. They only care about making money bcz giving back a couple hundred bucks shouldn’t be that big of deal to make what happen right. I do not recommend Zealthy.

I placed my and my husband's order March 27,2025. That transaction was quickly charge. Here we are mid May and we have yet to receive either medication or refund. They won't message me back, they keep saying they are looking into it and reaching out to the pharmacy and still nothing.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM ZEALTHY!! Not only will they NOT ship my order that I WAS charged $1100 for you CAN NOT AND WILL NOT get an answer or response as to why they won't ship. I have sent a dozen messages, called a dozen times never a single response or live person. I have submitted through "customer support", "client message board" NOTHING!! The fraud continues that you are paying $135 a month for "dedicated client team that is available 365 for any of your health related questions" that department simply does not exist. This is impossible to cancel, had to contact my credit card company and have a new card issued. "Lydia for Zealthy" that is on Truspilot trying to do damage control requesting using her name to get an answer or respond, that's just ANOTHER SCAM...no reply that way either. In the process of filling a formal FTC complaint against Zealthy (In 2024 Zealthy was investigated and fined for the exact scam business practices they are still doing in 2025)

Would give zero if I could. I canceled literally less than 6 hours after being on their website. I was told the $39 membership fee is for "work already done". LOL...you didn't do ANYTHING! Not to mention you charge credit card before even putting together a plan!!! What a scam.
