Got into the sign-up process until I got to the question about Medicare, site wouldn't let me go further. Also you have to enter your banking information before you answer their questions. Charged me for product I never received!! Just a scam that everyone should stay away from!!!!!

Wish I could give this company NEGATIVE stars. Ordered a 3 month supply for $1,400 and never received it. I switched from my current GLP-1 provider because this was a much better price than I was paying elsewhere. I have messaged the so called "Care team" (who is absolutely the worst, you get either automated messages or they just say "they're working on it" but never give you an actual answer) everyday and the only response or update I get is that either "they have contacted the pharmacy and will let me know" or I get random responses asking to update my payment info or select my preferred medication. Keep in mind, when you place the order they already know what medication you ordered! I asked them multiple times to refund my money if they are unable to fill my prescription that I paid for. Again only response I would get is "we're sorry you're unsatisfied, we'll let the care team know". Just please give me an idea of when I'll get my medication! So I disputed the charges after not receiving my medication or even being given an update on when I would receive it. Suddenly the next day I received a phone call from them saying they aren't sure if they can cancel the order since it's already been requested from the pharmacy, and that since I disputed the charges they don't know what to do now. STUPID MISTAKE switching providers as I have now been out of medication for 2 weeks and will have to pay another provider to get this medication which means I'll have paid double until I (hopefully) am able to get my money back from this company and have to wait even longer to go through the approval process again elsewhere. STAY AWAY!!!

They just want to take your money and after that good luck to you

Horrible customer service. A month later I have been charged and I keep getting told it’s a backlog at the pharmacy. If that is the truth I just want a refund. Other reviews state it has taken up to 2 month to receive their product. It's very misleading, it states you will receive your product in 7-10 days, which is acceptable. I keep leaving messages with my “care team”…. I don't get a response. I have to email someone and then it seems to be a canned response of 'it should ship in 2-5 days'. I sent an email this morning and I’m waiting for someone to respond.

SCAMMERS!!! Customer service is terrible. You can tell them a hundred times you want to cancel and proceed with canceling. They will email you “are you sure?”, but “are you sure”, but “are you sure” so they can keep Charging monthly. Even if you say “ CANCEL, YES I AM SURE”. I asked for a refund of my monthly charge after canceling and now they don’t respond. Another issue is, they’ll say yes we can use your insurance. I have blue shield PPO. Then when I asked, did it work, they don’t respond. I asked multiple times. Then after I decided to cancel and report the lack of customer Service. they’re like, “ insurance will never approve GLPs”. Then why do you even bother asking for my insurance info. I’d give them a 0/5 if I could.

Wrote a review that was answered twice by a member of Zealthys company, followed their instructions, and there has still been zero follow through. This company still attempts to charge me daily for over $1000 that I did not approve or consent to. I get an email every single day that the payment was unsuccessful. I had to change every account I had, and they still try to charge me every single day, even after it was acknowledged here as something needing correcting. Save yourself the trouble, and probably the $1,000’s of dollars with this scam of a company. Don’t use Zealthy.

DO NOT USE! I made the first payment which was I think almost $40 just to start the process. Then without telling me I was approved for the medication it overcharged me, thankfully my card blocked the charge. But when I went on and canceled my subscription and asked multiple times for them to delete my card information (since there was no option to) they didn't and continued to re charge my card a few days later. I message them this morning and still haven't gotten a reply. Super sketchy website and shady responses.

Terrible company. Go somewhere else where they answer questions when written and return phone calls. I have been dealing with trying to get a refund since they told me I was not qualified because have Medicare Part A. Now trying to get my refund is impossible. Guess the next move is small claims court.
