If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’ve been scammed. They said they wouldn’t charge my card but they did for $329. I was promised a refund a month ago and still no refund and they just keep lying to me. The 5 star reviews have to be the employees.

They are quick to take your money and hard to get customer service! Be careful of what you’re injecting in your body!!! They are the wordy you can ever imagine. They schedule a call and the provider never showed up! Do not use them, they are scammers. I was lucky to cancel within a few days…..

When I originally looked into this company I thought it would be a good option for glp-1 medication. Then I realized it was an absurdly high monthly fee but I thought for just $40 up front I'd give it a try. I answered all the questions and signed up for a terzepatide medication but then started feeling like maybe I shouldn't. I have emailed their company at least half a dozen times, called at least two dozen times and left a message every time. I have texted them and responded in the customer portal in their app, telling them that I wanted my membership and my medication canceled. They continued attempting to bill my card for $866 every single day. I finally went to my HSA account and canceled my card so that they wouldn't be able to successfully withdraw from it. Even after that they somehow managed to bill my card. Now I'm out $866 that I don't know I will ever get back. This company is a steaming pile of garbage. Their customer service is worse. I hope somebody who's considering using their services reads this review among the many other one-star reviews and steers clear of them. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life and I've dealt with a lot of crappy companies.

Don't waste your time or money. Go to another company. Multiple repeated charges after cancellation, suddenly "all representatives are busy" for over 48 hrs., and multiple credits promised but not received. Horrible response time, worse customer service-but ready to run your card over and over in error.

Lousy it takes forever to get a response And when do get a response GOD help you if you have a folllow up question! Very slow I just got my injection for weight loss. It was supposed to have 3 months of medication The vial was practically empty I'm trying to get a response from them Seriously him and hers, Zealthy they are all the same. It just seems like they are just on the side of lawful. I would rather be a little heavy than deal with them!

Zealthy keeps trying to bill me for the same item

Be aware of Zealthy. You can't find any of the prices of GLP-1 products without signing up and providing a charge card. After that, they will start charging your credit card $135/month for some "service" even if you don't buy anything. I haven't used any services or purchased any medications. I didn't request a membership. My only intentions were to find your GLP-1 prices. I've sent an email to the Support but have not received anything at this point.

I have a Samsung S24 ultra. I'd get messages in my email, but if I clicked on the link, the app would open and promptly lock up my phone. I told them this SEVERAL TIMES. If I called, I'd get an auto reply that "Someone from the pharmacy team would get back to me within 1-2 business days". And they did! I'd then get an email, text or call that "Someone from the pharmacy team would get in touch with me in 1-2 business days!" I has been a month and I've received nothing but empty promises. This company is scamming you.
