Great experience getting my new fur baby!

I lost my Silky Terrier to Diabetes last fall. After waiting 3 months to grieve for her, I felt ready to adopt again. Searching the pet adoption web sites, it seemed they all wanted $200- 500 in fees .I couldn't afford that on SS retirement! Then I found your site and looked for other little terriers, but they went quickly! Then I saw Maddie's picture and fell in love! She is a blue eyed mini Aussie Shepherd. After texting several times with the owner, I knew I had to meet her. The adoptee stated she had lots of inquiries but no one wanted to meet. It was so easy to set up a visit. I knew she was the right dog for me! I think it was fate. She immediately bonded with me and adjusted quickly to her new home! I took advantage of the vet voucher to check her out. I love the baby that I got from this website. The only issue I had was I wanted to talk to previous owner for an update and she sent me her phone # on the site but I guess they deleted it. That was not the right thing for them to do.

I had such a positive experience dealing with Get Your Pet. I am grateful that you do what you do and am constantly recommending you to future dog adopters. Plus there is Shadow, now known as Stella, whom we love a lot. It is just a much better way to find your forever buddy than going to a shelter, which is so depressing and really melts your heart.
