Shipped faster than expected, very thoughtful packing

Fantastic experience with my first purchase from Upgraded! Can't wait to use them again in the future. I did reach out to customer support to cancel my first order after deciding to go with a differently spec'd unit and they promptly and courteously canceled it. The unit that I ordered was quickly shipped and arrived less than 48 hours later. I was very glad to see 36 month financing through Affirm which makes purchasing such a significant item that much less uncomfortable.

Got exactly what I ordered in about two days in Alaska. 0% financing through Affirm and the opportunity to trade in the MacBook Pro in two years. While I obviously haven’t had experience there yet but if it goes like the purchase I have no worries. What’s not to like?

No bush beating only facts given at any point when dealing with upgraded. It is an awesome option to have when you want to invest into yourself. Clear rules and requirements, they kept constant communication through the proccess. I researched them and looked at reviews before deciding to go with it and the service is solid. Ive never had anything apple before. TY upgraded. Will be telling my friends about this option. Sky is not the limit nowadays.
