I got my inauguration First Lady watch today. Yes I ordered it January 20th and it was a pre order. Today is May 8. Yes it took forever but WELL WORTH THE WAIT. Quality is off the chart. It is beautiful and engraved DJT. 45/47. It is 74/250. Simply stunning watch and even though I wrote the company every 4 weeks, they always responded to me. I was patient and finally got the email it shipped and I had it 3 days later. Don’t give up people. This is not a scam. It’s just a little longer for great quality. I love 💕 mine. Beautiful pink mother of pearl with fireworks.

I ordered my Trump gold Inauguration Heritage watch on Inauguration Day (Jan 20). I was skeptical because of the reviews about the delay. I followed up with a few emails asking about my watch which were promptly responded to (and not by a BOT- I tested with some “human” questions-LOL). I was reassured that due to the hand-made nature of the watch and the large amount of backlog of orders that they were going to get my watch to me as soon as it was made and scrutinized by QC. I received the watch on May 2nd. The watch was well packaged, starting with a “TRUMP” black box and then really cool button-snapped leather protective case holding the watch. I disagree with earlier reviews that might have called the quality of workmanship into question. The watch is amazing looking. It is an auto wind but can also be hand-wound. It was well protected by plastic covering on all metals to prevent scratching/oxidation. The watch has a clear crystal backing to see mechanicals in action and a solid feeling crown, crystal and case as well. My watch is numbered 190/250 on the backing as well. I should have bought TWO, so I could wear one and then keep the other put away in a box for the next 50 years. Ya never know what is valuable to someone down the road. I believe that many of the poorer reviews stem from not getting the watch in good time- I encourage those people to be patient. It, to me, was worth the wait and instantly became nostalgia piece for me.

I WAS SCARED AND WORRIED THAT THIS WOULD BE A SCAM. BUT IT WASNT. IT TOOK ABOUT 45 DAYS OR SO TO GET THE WATCH. I BOUGHT IT AS A RETIREMENT GIFT FOR A CO-WORKER. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THAT I WAS VERY EXCITED TO SEE IT WHEN IT ARRIVED. IT IS A BEUTIFUL WATCH, IT CAME WITH EXTRA LINKS IF NEEDED. BRIGHT GOLD FINISH WITH THE ORANGE FACE FOR CRIPTO. MY CO-WORKER WAS THRILLED AND EXCITED WHEN HE OPENED THE PACKAGE. I NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I DID FIND OUT THAT YOU NEED TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOU'RE USING A CORRECT EMAIL (YOUR OWN) IF YOU WANT TO GET A REPLY. NOT ONE THAT IS OBSOLETE. THEY WOULD SEND NOTICES TO MY OLD MAC ACCOUNT, BECAUSE THAT WAS WHAT MY DEFAULT IS ON MY IPHONE. C/S WORKED WITH ME TO SEND NOTIFICATION ANOTHER EMAIL ACCOUNT. NO ISSUES

My husband pre-ordered the First Lady watch as a Christmas gift. I became skeptical and emailed them frequently when we hadn't received it in February. They were very responsive and explained the time delay. I continued to be skeptical, instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt and trust. But they were very patient every time, with each one of my emails. And I am so happy to say, it was well worth the wait. It is BEAUTIFUL! Things of this quality and worth can take a while to produce. We are all so used to receiving instant items, but know the instant comes with a cost too of which you need to replace that item because it's just not made well. Again, this beautiful watch was made like things used to be made, quality, a true and timeless LONG lasting treasure. Thank-you Trump Watches! God Bless!
