I had a very bad experience with this company. I placed two orders, and in both cases there were serious issues with delivery. One was lost in transit, and the other was marked as delivered and even “signed for,” yet we never received the package. When I contacted them, instead of helping or investigating properly, they refused to take responsibility and denied any solution based on their internal records. They rely entirely on tracking status without considering real delivery errors from the carrier. Customer service was disappointing and not helpful at all. They were unwilling to provide a replacement or work toward a reasonable resolution. Be very careful when ordering from this website. If something goes wrong with delivery, you may not get any support.

I should have read more reviews before I bought this watch. It arrived pretty quickly but has not kept time since I bought it for my husband. I emailed the company, and did get a response to send it back for repairs. It took about two months to get back in a worse condition than I sent it in. Still losing time. I sent another email to get a replacement watch or a refund. I plan to write a letter directly to Trump to let him know how bad this company is. I see a class action lawsuit coming.

I was given a Trump watch as a Christmas present. It NEVER worked and has been back at the "repair shop" i.e. on someone's desk for almost 3 months. No one gives honest answers, nor have they offered to send a replacement for a watch that never worked. How pathetic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Would not buy one of these not worth the money can buy a nice watch cheaper some where else look cheap for the price would not waste my money on trump watch

Watch will not work made contact with the person from where it was bought 3 Times. Did what I was told to do and it will not work. They will not help and They won’t take it back or fix it. No Returning no money back. We all been Scammed cheated lied to good by.

It’s unfortunate that the seller is using the President’s name to run what appears to be a fraudulent scheme. I ordered a custom watch as a Christmas gift for my husband, and a week after placing the order, I requested an update. All I received was a generic message saying the watch was being assembled. After a month with no progress, I followed up again and was told there were delays in obtaining parts and that the watch would ship soon, then there’s another email about it being assembled. Since I still have not received my order after a month with no guarantee when it would be shipped, I filed a case with PayPal. After their investigation, PayPal eventually ruled in my favor and issued a refund because the seller provided tracking info to PayPal that was invalid. Despite everything I went through, I’m actually relieved the order never arrived, especially after reading the reviews about the watch’s poor quality.

We are Trumpets, however the watch stopped working so we took it to a watch repair shop. They told us it couldn’t be repaired and to get your money back. There is no telephone number to call so my husband emailed them. They replied and said to take pictures and a video showing where the second hand stops. We did and replied to their email. We have not heard one word from them. This is a scam no doubt. About a month later.

My watch is no longer keeping time every night it stops and its been declining. They refused to replace it. I would expect them to stand behind their watch that I paid over $500 for didn't last a year. I would not buy any watch from them.
