I have been a happy Butters customer since the early 2020s and have always been happy with products received! For full context I have very sensitive combination skin so finding skincare that is both aggressive and gentle in the right ways is a nearly impossible feat. Especially when looking for a skincare establishment that maybe doesnt invest in weapon manufacturing?! Bizzare! I have also been on testosterone for nearly a year & experiencing hormonal acne for the first time in 15 years- the zit zapper line, hyaluronic acid serum and anti-aging toner especially help my tboy angry zits. Is any small business perfect? No! When buying from a small team of human beings there will always be a mistake here and there- it is never the end of the world. Any packaging issue I have had has been resolved. In an order about a year ago there was an item that was missed and after a very quick email exchange that product was shipped within the week! Recently another similar issue occurred and while none of my emails were replied to I did wake up a few weeks later to a brand new order of my skincare favorites including the missing item and a new item to try. At the end of the day who am I to complain? We are all doing our best and now I have a hefty supply of carefully crafted products that help boost my confidence! As this is a review of my entire Butters experience it is four stars- no one has a true five star business, how boring! But all products and people that I have had the pleasure of interacting with are the closest to perfect you are going to get.

I’ve used getthebutters for years and i’ve never had such a terrible experience until lately. I ordered my usual body lotion and some soap at the end of April. One of the packages ended up damage and missing which UPS reported. I emailed getthebutters to ask about an update on this. No reply for weeks. Eventually a new order was sent out (free of charge), which was nice but then once i received the new order, it was a mess! I had waited over a month for this to arrive due to the delivery issues and when it finally arrives half the contents were poured out. My lotion wasn’t packaged properly and it opened during shipping. Half the container emptied and there was a mess of lotion everywhere. Emailed support once more with pictures of how my order arrived and no response. I’ve tried writing in on their live agent chat support and still no response and when I went to try it again the chat support was then disabled. I even reached out via DMs on instagram before and nothing! If i hadn’t been a prior customer I would’ve thought this was some kind of scam. EDIT: I was reached out to and my issue was resolved!
