Let me share my experience with gettacar.com. My sales guy "Tom Digiacomo" made the buying experience so smooth and hassle free! The digital photos on gettacar.com were eye catching and super enticing, the images are crisp and clear! My 2018 Hyundai Sonata Sport+ is pretty much flawless and in 99.9% brand new condition. Once my Sonata was delivered by my Delivery Hero "Darren" who was superb and a really cool, down to earth young man which made me feel at ease while I signed all of the paperwork! I clearly remember years ago sitting at car a dealership for hours, gettacar.com took no more than 35 minutes which included my test drive! Hi guys i wanna thank Tom n Gettacar.com for getting me approved n in my dream car..I tried Carvana 1st n i was denied n no one ever called me to say anything Tom called me after i saw them on Facebook so i applied .i told him at first that i was using Carvana ..lucky for me he called me again n said how did u make out with Carvana n i told him no good.Long story short he did his job n got me approved..Delivery was on point Darren was a pro n explained everything.. no crazy car dealers to deal with ...everything is online n on the phone ...i loved it n i would recommend anyone to try these guys...10 Stars not 5..

Everything was wonderful and smooth from beginning to end, lol almost a little to easy I thought because I’m always a skeptic. The only problem I have is I feel I didn’t get a good goodiebag I see others with IPADs, Gas cards, T-shirts, Even fruit baskets I got a few pens and keychain.. Other than that it would’ve been a full 5 stars

Gettacar is great from start to car delivery. Excellent customer service.

The process was very easy. I went online and saw the car I wanted, clicked on buy, filled out the paperwork and financed all through the website. I spoke with Rob my customer service rep who walked me through all of my questions and the whole process took less than an hour. No hassles. The car was delivered to my house by Walt who had all of the paperwork for me to sign, we went through it and it was done. The ease and convenience was well worth every penny. AND I had 7 days to return the car for another or call the whole thing off. All in all a great experience and I HIGHLY recommend gettacar.com and will definitely use them again.
