Car had some issues , but I have to say the staff was excellent at making sure the car was fixed . Also make sure you know your states registration requirements because my process was very long due to my location. Overall very good service

I want to start off by saying i never leave reviews unless my experience was really good or really bad!! When the car was delivered it was completely dirty and smelled like cigarettes, they tried to cover up the scent by putting 3 gettacar air fresheners inside. There were food crumbs all over the front and back center consoles and stains all over the cloth on the interior roof. This was already a red flag to me as the guy i spoke to from gettacar explained that the car is detailed twice before they deliver it (car also did not come with a owners manual, they said they would have one delivered. it’s been about 3 weeks and still nothing). I almost backed out before we started the paper work because the whole process seemed sketchy to me. The guy reassured me that if i decided to follow through, i can still return the car within 7 days. We began the paperwork and the information on all of the documents were completely wrong. They sent us the “correct” papers in the mail 2 days later and it was still wrong. My dad had to write in the correct information, scan it and email it back to the guy so he’d fix it correctly. After the 3rd time we received the power work it was finally correct. The only reason i kept the car was because it was exactly what i had been looking for, the next day i took the car to get detailed and it was much better. Overall, i would have rather just gone to a car dealership. this process was supposed to be hassle free but caused me and my family an absurd amount of stress. I honestly wouldn’t recommend gettacar, you’re much better off sitting in a car dealership and seeing exactly what you’re getting. The only reason i’m giving this 3 stars is because the guy who delivered the car was very pleasant and genuine.

Would recommend to anyone. Great easy experience completely from home. Paperwork process was done in 20 mins or less.

Get a car, is helpful in a lot of ways for people such as myself. That is trying to build credit. And also thinks the credit Isn't So Good. Get a car the customer service is very understanding and helpful. My opinion I believe they strive to help everyone and the best way they can to get the vehicle they want. Plus with busy schedules. Who has time for dealerships. My opinion get a car. It's better than any dealership I have ever dealt with. So give give them a chance if you're looking for a vehicle. Thank you get a car. For my car. And all your help.

Had to meet the driver of that was delivering the vehicle and he was 2 hours late. But the driver was niceand helpful. Had a problem with the keyless entry that couldn't be resolved. They would only replace one of them. Otherwise company was good

This was my first time purchasing a car online. Gettacar staff were extremely helpful and honest. Their online prices are competitive in the customers favor. If you know what you're looking for and don't mind skipping the test-drive, I would go this route. Supporting a local-business is the cherry on top.
