I was unsure about getting a car online, but gettacar made it very easy for me. I was picky and indecisive but Tom was very patient and helpful. My only complaint is that the car should have been detailed and washed before delivery. I had to get it done myself after purchase, but not a big deal to me. Thank you

Gettacar is a straightforward experience to get a car. I was a little skeptical considering it was a 100% online process. But after the support, time and patience they show all my worries went away. A salesperson named Mike contacted me and walked me through the whole process. Within a week a car was delivered with all paperwork filled out. Throughout the whole experience everything was layed out in terms of price , paperwork, delivery, etc. I highly recommend Gettacar to anyone trying to obtain a vehicle for a good price.

My whole experience was great! My only issue is the cars odometer is blinking because the key fob I was given is not the original.

Fast and easy order and delivery. Tom was wonderful to work with. Only complaint I had was the cleanliness of the vehicle, which can easily be fixed by getting it detailed. Everything was transparent and they delivered the vehicle on my schedule. Definitely would recommend to everyone!

My experience was great - the sales people (Michael and Jose) handled my experience with such ease - I would do it again in a heart beat - and when I had a issue BC something was forgotten they truly came and delivered a gift to me - that’s what great customer service is - taking care of ur customer and I will be back for my son new ride.

Buying a car, such a major purchase, without being physically in its presence, to literally kick the tires, took a leap of faith. The process was straightforward enough. Delivery and "dealer prep" could have been better.
