Best dealership experience I ever…
Best dealership experience I ever experienced. Super easy and convenient process. Got my car in less than four days. Terri Garcia was terrific, and Thank you, Thomas, for bringing my car to me in perfect condition. The only thing I can say I am neutral on is that the car is driven to me, and that means milage is added, but on finance agreement state the mileage I bought the car, not milage that was added when driven to me. no one answered back to me if that get reimbursed or not

Up to delivery things were extremely good. After which , none of my emails or text have not been answered. No follow up from your company after the week long test drive. Where did everyone go??

Never again.
Car had the SRS light come on 2 hours after delivery, wasn't given my 7 day return policy. Was told to take car to dealer that the warranty would cover it. After taking it to the Honda dealership, they determined the car was in an accident. 1st and last time I buy a car without actually seeing and test driving.
Response from gettacarJul 26, 2021
Hi Brayan, this is Rob head of our customer service team. We're sorry again about your negative experience. The vehicle history report didn't show any accidents and nothing stood out or led us to believe it was in a previous accident during our 158-point inspection which all our cars go through. Oure team has discussed with you taking care of anything Honda finds with our gettacar guarantee which covers you for 365 days. Please expect a call from us to help continue finding a resolution.

While in route to your delivery we also took care of the required MD state inspection which is needed to complete your vehicle registration.
