Any issues I run into, I've had no problem being able to get in touch with someone from support and it's been immensely helpful to do so.

I reached out to Sequence weeks ago for clarification on their privacy policy, to their head of customer service vial LinkedIn, while he was friendly and promised help, understood why I was asking about privacy, ultimately no one at Sequence got back to me. —Though the CEO did check out my LinkedIn profile, suggesting that my question was flagged to the c-suite. Nobody responded about how (besides in service delivery) all one’s financial data is used or shared. I nudged the customer service lead again, he apologized for the delay, but still...nothing. For companies that value security, this is a concerning signal, that Sequence can’t clearly articulate their privacy policy.
