Complete scam of a company. They keep ur credit card info, close ur account for no reason, then just charge however much they want whenever they want because u cannot log in and they don't send u receipts after charging u.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sequence. After making legitimate transactions and using the service as intended, my account was suddenly closed without proper explanation. To make matters worse, the cashback rewards I was promised were withheld, despite being assured earlier that they would be included in the final payment. Additionally, I never received the remaining balance from my account, despite multiple follow-ups. Their lack of transparency regarding the terms for forfeiting rewards and their poor communication has made this experience frustrating. Sequence needs to be clearer about their policies and ensure that customers are treated fairly, especially when they have acted in good faith.

Hi Hyun! we’re sorry to hear this. The safety of our community is our top priority & at times we may restrict the use of an account if we recognize unusual activity. We understand how frustrating this can be and we only make these decisions after a detailed investigation. We wish you success moving forward with a banking solution that’s right for you.
