Firstly there is no CEO here, Secondly and more importantly our response when asked about the military or police discount was, verbatim: "Sorry no, we simply offer the best prices we can to everyone." The next reply we received was the issue...it states "That's to bad, I guess i will keep looking around ", sort of rubbing our nose in it and making it feel like an entitlement. We replied: "We simply have the best product AND prices and give to everyone that way. Thanks again" which is the case and has been for almost 20 years. We also stated about our long family history with the military and thanked them for their service if it applied. Unfortunately instead of being a higher integrity which we'd like to consider those with the calling to serve typically have, this person decides to blast to the world negative reviews of us...and they are not even a customer. I know we are all sheltered in place right now, but we should find more constructive things to do that waste time tearing people down for no good reason. Best to you and thank you to all that serve and protect our liberties.

Ryan, thanks for the comments. It's not a matter of quality its a matter of choosing the right product for the application. If you are doing weight lifting, you typically use rubber not foam. Foam indents, can't avoid it. I would suggest a thin rubber mat in the area you are doing tour weight dropping and resting. Thanks

I'm sorry you are disappointed in our flooring but it is EVA FOAM. That is all we do here at Get Rung. If you wanted rubber flooring you would have needed to buy a different product.

Thank you for providing feedback. can you please let us know specifically what the issue is as this is not clear. You purchased items that had specific prices and if you had an issue that would have been before you purchased right? I'm not sure what we did wrong that earned us a low rating. I want to thank you for taking the time to review your order with our company. It's not that I am complaining, but I guess giving a company a poor rating on their service and product based on the condition of a box that gets thrown away, does not see very fair. If we need to address something with Fedex or you want to file a claim, or even file a bad review with fedex, we'd be happy to help you in that process, but hopefully you will reconsider your rating of our company and base it on the facts as you've stated...the mats are in good condition, we shipped very fast, etc. Public reviews are so very important to companies these days, so if you would please reconsider your rating based on our product and service, we would greatly appreciate it. thank you again for your order an for taking the time to review us. If we can do anything else, please let us know
