This company is a ripoff. Nothing but a go between.I had i bad experience all they do is align you with the car owner and and basically your making your owe deal. These people do not deal in good faith the owners want cash classic NYC ripoff. Deal with people that use banking and not cash.

Don’t use this service they are scammers. When you order a car they tell you to make a deposit about 200 dollars, but in reality this money is not a deposit it is a service fee. I rented through them once before I traveled to Phuket and I regret like hell. You can find much better and much cheaper by your own in the place once you arrive or you can find on Facebook there are a lot of announcements and you can always negotiate the price directly with the owner. Be safe and don’t get fooled by these scammers. I HAD TO EDIT SINCE I CANT REPLAY TO YOUR MESSAGE. I WILL PROVE YOU ARE SCAMMERS BY COPY PASTE MY WHATSAPP CHAT WITH THE CAR OWNER. [16:39, 2022-01-31] Phuket carrental Bychicha: I understand you paid Alexander 200 us but that's the fee you booked me through his website.[05:27, 2022-02-01] Mike: I understand that it’s not your fault, it’s the company witch you are working with are thieves it feels like exaction. Any way you can come any time and take your money, we are moving today to Nai harn I will send you the exact location later today. [07:21, 2022-02-01] Phuket carrental Bychicha: I'm sorry, but it's not my fault and he didn't pay me either.

Dear Customer, you have made an advance payment of 15% on booking 144984. The remaining 85% of the price set by the owner is paid upon receipt of the car. Please familiarise yourself with a User Agreement: 3.1 The Rent Price shall be specified by the Vehicle Owner in the Offer. After choosing a Vehicle, the User pays the Rent Price by one of the following payment options by making a partial advance payment online via the Service in the amount of 15% of the Rent Price at the time of booking and, subsequently, paying the remaining 85% of the Rent Price directly to the Owner in cash or in any other way acceptable to the Owner when receiving the Vehicle, or b) by making a advance payment online via the Service in the amount of 100% of the Rent Price at the time of booking. Further disposal of the amount received from the User by the Company shall be subject to the terms and conditions of a separate agreement between the Company and the Vehicle Owner. In other words, if the lessee transferred 15% of the total cost of renting a car to the GetRentacar.com account as a prepayment, then transferring this amount to the owner of the car will not reduce the remaining 85% of this cost in any way.
