Tried to withdraw after months of saving; it failed. Talked to support, next day; my account no longer exist when I tried to log in! No response from support. EDIT: Support followed up a few days later to resolve this issue.

I like that the app is easy to use. PrizePool makes it easy to save money. When I first joined, I would get bonuses like $20.00 or $5.00. Now being with them a bit, I only get .20 cents or free tickets..which I don't necessarily mind, but it seems odd that at first the bonuses were alot more, but not now.

Initially I was excited to participate in the savings sweepstakes / lottery however as time went on and as the prize values got smaller it became less enticing to put money away to increase the likelihood of winning. A single large prize once a month would be more enticing than numerous smaller prizes with little to no value.
