Blew my expectations away. This is no ordinary vanilla SaaS onboarding situation (or product for that matter.) I purchased the product and was able to get a setup call same day. Since I picked a Friday night US time I had Olivia all to myself, and was able to get so much attention, something I'm definitely not accustomed to in this day and age of AI chat bot customer service. She was, I assure you, a real human and she was so patient, fun and gracious. Floored by the experience thus far. Thank you everyone at Poppy, for making media mgt / digestion / etc an actual delight. (never thought I'd say that)

UI easy to navigate, streamlined proceses by alot, very smart AI. Agency can run at 10X the efficiency. P.S. - Olivia is amazing, super talented and multi-talented. - Andrei
