No realizan los pagos a tiempo
No realizan los pagos a tiempo. La empresa donde trabajó realizó los pagos a tiempo y ontop no ha gestionado los pagos de los trabajadores, hoy somos más de 30 personas afectadas por un error informático de ellos y que facilmente se puede resolver al transferir el dinero de la nomina y posteriormente descontar lo que haya que descontar. Son unos irresponsables, si tienes la oportunidad, dile a tu empresa que no use este servicio

Sentimos mucho que la experiencia no haya estado a la altura en ese momento. Platform with hundred of bugs, been trying to solve my issues with the support team but the services is horrible. The issue I got was generated by the own platform and they could never solve it. They don't have the tools or processes to get to the people that can actually help you.

The delay came from a Compliance requirement related to your address update. In order to move forward with the process, our team needed specific documentation to meet regulatory obligations. they “forget” your money.
they “forget” to add the full amount every month. unless i keep an eye on every payment, report it, fight with a representative on whatsapp, i would never get my money. And the worst part is I have to wait another month to get the delayed money in my bank account, and they force me to have it sit in my ontop account. Unreliable, frustrating, unsafe and overall a scam. DO NOT TRUST.

LADRONES Son unos grandes ladrones , te roban el dinero. Honestamente a este punto estoy por proceder legalmente ya que me han robado mucho dinero y no me han resuelto. Tengo desde diciembre problemas con su descaro en ROBAR. Legalmente dice que si la empresa no resuelvo se puede proceder con demanda

Patético, te ofrecen una tarjeta física que que cuesta 20usd y básicamente es lo mismo que la virtual, no sirven para nada ninguna de las dos, la física no trae CVV así que igual dependes para todo de la virtual, una porquería

Los pagos pueden tardar hasta 6 días. Demoran 3 días las transferencias. Un desastre, me veo obligado a usarla pero si pudiera me iría a otra app.
