GetonfleekReviews of getonfleek.com

One of the best online clothing stores I've shopped from. I live in Australia and buying products like these certainly get attention! The designs are as shown and quality is definitely up there! Can't wait to get more clothes for winter!

The customer service is always great because it's really efficient and quick. I have one complaint though... it's regarding the «hard style thrill crewneck». The picture of the crewneck on the website is clearly on a cotton made shirt and the colors are light and close to pastel. But when I received my package it was a totally different result : The colors of the crewneck are really too bright, de skin tone of the characters are even pig-pink and almost light red. Moreover, the outline of the print is all blurry and the shirt isn't made of cotton but a sort of streching acrylic thread. That is not what I wanted and what I saw on your website... But this is the only problem I ever had with this website and I love the product. Again, the customer service is awesome.

worst online experience I've ever made. No communication, not even an order confirmation, so there's NO way I could track my order (if it exists). I'm mad as hell! the support form on the website didn't work at all. Called my credit card institute and they would block the amount that Get on fleek deducted me right away. Now, Get on fleek tells my institute that they send the package and they want their money. However, if they actually send something I will not accept it, as long as I don't have some tracking number, that I can find on the package. All in all, it's best if you just block the whole homepage and tell all your friends to never ever ever ever try to order from them. Because it will not work. Get on Fleek, you've got no clue how much of an incompetent wannabe company you are.

Placed order 4 months ago.. Still haven't received a tracking number. Have emailed customer service numerous times. "Heather" occasionally replies "sincerely apologising" for the delay but will not issue a refund stating that the product is still coming from the manufacturer. Do not ever but from Getonfleek unless you enjoy making fraud reports with your bank.

I ordered a pair of joggers on 2/7/17 and its now 3/8/17 and I have not even had an email to say they have been made, or shipped or whatever. I live in Australia so I expected delivery to be slower but I will be calling my bank to dispute the credit card charge and get my item refunded.

I ordered a matching top and trousers for my son's Christmas present. Order was placed in time for xmas orders but did not arrive in time. Trousers were sewn together mid calf. Followed online complaint process on 5th January, sending photos as required. It is now 13th Feb - no help, no refund or replacement, just holding emails every time I email them. Avoid this company

Did not receive the item we ordered by the guaranteed Christmas date. Ordered a month before Christmas. Still guaranteed Christmas delivery on their website as close to 3 days before christmas. I called 3 times, was literally told " I don't know what to tell you" and "we can't help that DHL is slow" & "not our problem mam". Received item a week after Christmas, requested shipping refund, they said if you order a $100 or more we will ship the next items for free. They send you an email to review them, but the "unsatisfied" button of course will not work. Do not order from this company!! Horrible horrible customer service for the prices!

I ordered from this company on November 22nd and am still waiting to receive a package from them. I live abroad, so I know to expect longer shipping times, but the item wasn't even posted until more than a month after I ordered it. I emailed the company 23 days after placing my order to ask for a cancellation, and received an automated response that told me I would have to wait 3-5 business days for a response. I waited for 9. By then they had posted my package and used the response to my query to tell me that since it had already shipped they could not cancel the order. As far as I know they charge almost half the cost of the item as a restocking fee for any returned item, and the return postage must be paid by the consumer. The timing seems too convenient. If the thing comes and isn't trash--not holding my breath at this point--then fair play to them on just being really bad at what they do. In any case, if they want people to stop complaining about their business they should update their website to indicate that manufacturing and shipping of their goods requires at least a month. That way people could plan accordingly. There's no harm in telling the truth.
