All sensors went off line
All sensors went off line. Instructions for resetting the system were very clear and comprehensive. Within very few minutes all sensors were reconnected.

Great product
All I wanted was a leak detector that would notify me as soon as trouble appeared. Most of the options available had alarm sounds for the event and I wanted something that was more direct when I wasn’t in the house. I get a text if there is a water leak (or temperature drop) even if I’m away. The system can be expanded to security concerns but I’m not there yet.

Internet and power outages
Internet and power outages - all devices go offline and you have to then reset each individual sensor. This takes so much time and really should just be able to reconnect. In the even of a blackout - out of our control they have turned off and we were unawares of this being busy working and kid’s commitments.

I think it is a privacy invading scam
I think it is a privacy invading scam. I got harassing emails saying I would be charged more for insurance if I did not set these privacy invading devices. I will change my insurance as soon as they up the price I will cancel their insurance

We have programs set up with many insurance companies who offer a smart home discount for customers who install the Notion system. Never is Notion a requirement, you have the option to set the system up or not. The Notion sensors work well,
The Notion sensors work well, The only downside is if the power goes out or the internet goes down the system doesn’t work, otherwise it works well!

Got it due to insurance. Found the set up quite easy to follow and now gives me a little peace of mind.
