Needs motion sensing.
The sensors are ok but I was surprised that they actually don't have motion sensing. It would be good if you could switch motion sensing on for when you go to bed or when you're not home so you can get alerted if there is someone moving around in your house that isn't meant to be there.

Sometimes when I am out of the house it keeps telling me a double locked door is opening & closing all by itself for around 1/2 an hour & has to be recalibrated constantly

Hi Michael, Apologies for the trouble with the accuracy of your alerts! Our team will be happy to assist with optimizing that. To troubleshoot, start by re-syncing the sensor. In the app, click on the door task that is sending the false alerts. Then click on the "settings" tab at the top and click "Sync Door Task." Follow the prompts in the app to complete that process. Text & Phone backup notifications
Got an unexpected text and phone call notifying me of a leak. I had lost my account login info on my app, so app wasn't functioning properly, but still got the text & call. Had a water leak around my AC unit.
