Had to pay extra for shipping
I reached out and I asked why I had to pay 5 dollars at the post office for shipping when they had already charged me 5$ so I paid 10 dollars in shipping when the item was only 20$ and I never got a response back. The item itself seems to work good but the shipping disinformation and lack of communication is the reason for the 2 stars

Not sure why the post office asked you for extra postage since we had paid postage on your envelope and we have no record of an email from you reporting the problem. We credited your account $5 for your trouble and emailed you to let you know once we did. Thanks for being a Get More Tank customer.
