Customer service on phone was friendly and helpful, directed me to the website and explained the steps. The system was easy to use, but I misunderstood, thought they were going to be mailing something be postal service. When I hadn’t received anything after a few days I went back to website snd saw I had forgotten a step. Once I completed that step I received an email with the documents I needs to sign and fed back. That worked great!

At first I was leery whether MODE was actually at part of GM Financial, whether I would get a better interest rate with the dealer or stick with GM Financial. I was extremely nervous but I continued with MODE because “AJ” was so positive that he made me feel better about buying my car online.
