I was pleased with the process, but felt communication along the way could be significantly improved. for example, there was an issue with one of the forms that I submitted, but I wouldn’t have known it unless I logged back in and specifically looked. I would have expected someone to have emailed me to tell me that there was an issue and that I needed to submit a new form. Typically, when funding a loan, it takes hours not days. So when I didn’t hear anything for several days, I had no idea what was going on or where I was at in the process. Simple communication via email on next steps and timing would be greatly appreciated and would likely eliminate many emails that get sent to their support area.

Great Experience !!! It was very easy and straight forward. However, after completing the process. It would be nice to receive a confirmation as to the process was completed successfully and what documents I will be receiving, etc.. Perhaps they are on the way (e.g. how to make payments, auto registration etc).. .
