It took over a month and a half to get everything approved. There was no transparency with timeline or visibility with finance rate after initial approval was granted to lock rate in. There was no visibility in what costs went into the total cost of car. And no true follow up after the process was completed.

Very easy on-line, paper work was easy to fill out, had a quick question and was connected to a representative right away.
