Good rate
Got a good rate and payments are way less than I had before. Process took a little long, too much paperwork was needed upfront to be uploaded, and then send via fedex, took about 3 weeks to finish.

Process to add documents kept…
Process to add documents kept disappearing and would not save. Ended up having to add the same doc about 7 times. Other than that the process was longer than most to get the ball rolling. Ended up working out ok so far.

Absolutely horrible company
Absolutely horrible company! The agent's are worthless and don't want to work with you. They don't speak with respect, and hung up on you if you question them. Then take a vehicle that is being paid on and I am told I'm not allowed to get it back. Even when I offered to pay it off.

Because I am as old as I am I had a little difficulty with the technology. With that being said if I had the simplest of questions by email they were always answered. However the last part of the contract completion was annoying when trying to print documents no response was given as to why I couldn't print the documents until after the final documents were completed even thought the docs were sent before completed confusing why they couldn't be printed

We Freaked.
Well I’m redoing my review. Although I had several issues with this buy out/refinance process…many of them were, I guess self-inflected. I don’t believe I paid enough attention to the details or made enough effort to understand it all the way through. Just got frustrated and probably copped an attitude. I did receive different information from many parties along the way not just from MODE, although I seemed to blame them the most….unfairly. It was mostly a timing issue on expired plates for us. We freaked out. I would say MODE is a good option and way to do a finance.
