I’d give 0 if I could! Same as some of the reviews below, lumina sent me the wrong brand of breast pumps. They were sent back unused to China(!) at a cost of £27 back in July - their website states UK and USA ops but products sent from/to china. We’re now in October and the company still haven’t refunded me and they have now stopped responding to my emails - I had the same response every time ‘finance department are looking into the refund’. I’ve had to contact my bank in an attempt to do a chargeback.

Lumina Beauty is a scam company, do not buy the breast pumps and avoid at all costs! Arrived in damaged packaging and without any branding, clearly just a very cheap knock off product. I returned it all the way back to China as requested and they said their finance team were processing my refund but I haven’t received anything and they now have stopped replying to my emails. Avoid!!!

Terrible company! Returned my unused breast pump over 3 months ago and still haven’t had my refund. Never reply to emails or say the same thing! Scam company. Avoid!!!! £94 wasted.

One star is generous. The breast pump is absolutely faulty, it’s painful when you do manage to get 5 seconds of it functioning and has really impacted my feeding. Customer service will ignore you despite the rubbish on their website about returns and warranty. DO NOT BUY !

Scam company. I've been duped with a malfunctioning breast pump. It lasted all of two weeks before it failed. Customer service was initially responsive now not returning my emails at all. I was also worried as my bank picked up that the payment might be fraudulent so I doubt going to be able to get my money back that way. Avoid them

They sent me a link to write a review which would appear on the website. When you go to their reviews you would see it’s all 4 and 5 stars. The review I had written was 1 star and I wrote it many times but not once does it appear on their website. Onto the product, I bought a breast pump. It’s a knockoff. The packaging is not the same the product colour and design of the battery pack was different and it did not have the brand name on it. The pump itself is difficult to use the parts don’t fit properly I have to push it so hard and it still comes off. I wasted £50 on it. I sent them an email asking to return and get a refund they said to give the product a go and that ‘Please be assured that we source our products directly from the manufacturer to ensure authenticity and quality. While there may be variations in packaging or minor updates made by the manufacturer, our intention is to provide genuine and high-quality products to our customers.’ They said they will investigate but haven’t heard anything from them. The falsely advertise their products. Use more trusted sites and spend a little more if needed. Amazon has legit good breast pumps for cheaper that other people I know have used.

The lumina took a long time to arrive. The parts don’t fit together great, you really have to push them hard together, the flange kept popping off during pumping sessions, the collection cup kept unsealing itself so milk I’d sat ages to get would leak and 3 months in one of the two pumps stopped working, and although I complained a month ago I’m get to have a refund. Avoid! This issue cause my expressing schedule to be heavily impacted and now my baby has had to go fully formula fed.
