Beware the fine print! Camera works fine but the mounting bracket is too lose to affix to monitor (slides off). There is no way to adjust or tighten the mount hinge. Contacted customer service and 4-8 weeks needed for replacement AND I PAY FOR SHIPPING FROM CHINA! There are many other webcam choices - stay away from this one.

I ordered the camera and found the quality to be NOTHING like advertised. I literally had a side-by-side of my 7 year old Logitech C920 and the lumina and the lumina was pixellated and off-coloured. I played with the settings for half an hour and still couldn't get it to look at all reasonable. Also whenever using the background blur there is a halo around me unlike anything on their website. Clearly the website videos are faked. WORSE they want me to pay $100 to return it to Taiwan when it was shipped from within the country.

Zeer slecht bedrijf die niet weten waar ze mee bezig zijn. Eerst afspraak verzetten en daarvoor moest ik zelf bellen. Afgesproken datum wel komen opdagen en gemonteerd maar, hadden ze het liever niet gedaan. Een garagepoort die amper werkt en van zelf open gaat(heel raar). blijf er bij weg.

Finger weg, BETRUG !!!! Lasst die Finger weg von dieser Firma. Bestellt nichts, ich habe im Oktober was bestellt und bis heute noch nichts erhalten. Man kann noch so oft schreiben, man bekommt immer die gleiche Antwort über, man wird immer vertröstet etc., aber nichts passiert. Ich musste meinen Rechtsschutz einschalten, damit ich mein Geld zurückbekomme. Das ist eine betrügerische Firma, nicht seriös. Ich bekomme mein Geld zurück, lasse es nicht locker.

Ignore at all cost never ever buy from them 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 they will ask you to send the item back then you will lose your item plus return cost ( to China ) all together. SCAM scam Google should banned them selling something online

Falsche Ware Ich habe eine falsche Ware bekommen. Auf meine Mails bekomme ich immer die gleiche automatisierte Antwort. Habe nun mit rechtlichen Schritten gedroht. Nichts bestellen!!!

Don’t even bother waste of time and product is faulty, still waiting to hear back they are terrible company , stopped responding when I asked for refund for pumps not pumping properly. Also they basically asked me to show a video of it not pumping when I told them you can only hear the difference when I wear them and that’s why they stopped responding after I said I won’t send a video of me wearing them to show the fault of not pumping.

I unfortunately had the same experience as the other reviews-opened the package and it had a sticker slapped on it from Lumina, but it was sent from”Horrigan” a dodgy Chinese company. Customer service was really great at first, said no problem would refund me and refund the anmount it cost to ship item back. But alas, when following up on my refund and shipping refund, No reply, looks like they’re out of business now.? Good riddance to bad rubbish.
