We have been longtime customers of Loot for nearly three years. The platform is a great resource for our small business. John and his team (Drew, Manuela and Guillermo) have been extremely helpful and provide stellar customer service, which is rare in any industry these days.

They responded quickly and unlocked my funds so that I could make the draw I needed. They have been a reliable company that has been there in emergency situations and very reasonable fees. Would highly recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say about Loot. I’ve been doing business with them for almost 3 yrs now and the products they offer are great. And the customer service is spot on. Whenever I email them. Their response time is fast. It doesn’t take them long to approve and fund either. Just a great company over all
