While initially it took some sleuthing to get to customer service, once I did they were responsive, helpful and even created a link for me to use for my order. And the product is excellent!!

I have to give 1 stars because of how frustrating and time consuming it is generally to deal with this Company and to purchase the toothpaste and mouth wash directly from the Company. Red flag to customer service which is lacking as there is no phone number you can call and talk to someone who works for the Company. It took me a couple of days to get text messaging going with the Company. I paid for expedited delivery but the delivery was not flagged on their end as expedited (still have not received). I ended up purchasing the product from Amazon and received the toothpaste and mouth wash in one day. I am still waiting to get my reimbursement for the two transactions I had with Company, LivFresh says they banks can take up to 10 days out through the reimbursement. I agreed to pay for the initial order I placed with the Company but honestly this all had taken so much of my time and been so stressful I really should not be paying the Company anything as the shipping department screwed up my order and triggered me placing another order through Amazon. DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCTS DIRECTLY FROM LIVFRESH. Amazon Prime holders use Amazon, others use Walmart. I don't want young o go through what I went through. Wake up LivFresh there are other companies entering the market that help with gum and tooth problems. Your customers will not stand for bad treatment!

I ordered the dental strips and two tubes of the toothpaste. Went thru the entire box of strips, using daily, and while using the toothpaste. No results at all. I will go back to the Crest whitening strips.

I ordered this product without a lot of high expectations. I use steroid sprays for my asthma. Even with rinsing and brushing after using them, my gums kept receding and were bleeding at the slightest touch of a toothbrush or flossing. It got to the point where I stopped flossing with traditional floss because of the bleeding and sensitivity. I couldn’t go the two recommended minutes of brushing, either. My dentist wanted me to have endodontic gum surgery, as nothing I tried was helping it. None of the gum toothpastes or mouthwashes on the market did anything to reduce the bleeding at all! Within two weeks of starting brushing with LIVFRESH, I noticed a distinct reduction in the amount of blood in the sink after brushing my teeth. After 4 weeks, the bleeding stopped completely! It was the first time I could go the full two minutes of brushing with my electric toothbrush without a drop of blood. My breath was fresher, and my morning breath wasn’t as awful. I also noticed my gums didn’t feel “itchy” from irritation any longer. The product came quickly after ordering. I originally ordered the non-foamy peppermint flavor. I find myself missing the foam for some reason so I might try that next. However, why mess with success? Right?

I ordered the wrong toothpaste flavor but could not delete it out of the checkout. I wanted to change the product. I reached out to them but no body returned my query. Very poor customer service.

This stuff is the bomb!!! I wish I had it years ago but tarter doesn't build up on my teeth anymore. Trips to the dentist are a breeze now. I can't say enough good about this product. Trust me, buy this and use it consistently and you will not regret it

I tried. My teeth felt clean and smooth as my other non fluoride toothpaste but is much more expensive and doesn’t white whatsoever. Waste of money.

It didn't repair anything, it didn't whiten anything, it's 4x more expensive than Pronamel, which works better, and they bill you ten days before they even SHIP the product, let alone before you receive the product. Nothing about this company is worth it.
