Good product. Very helpful staff. Price point good. I did get 2 data ports that I have no clue how they work. I don't think they work.

I was very pleased with the work LiveWire completed. They installed the surround sound speakers in my ceilings. They made a great recommendation on a brand of speaker that I had never heard of. I have been very pleased with the quality over the last year and a half. No issues. When it came to hooking up my Data Line with Verizon they were terrific. Issues on the Verizon side of things and Live Wire came out on several more occasions to make sure everything worked as it should. They are not a low cost provider but they offer upscale service so I was very pleased.

Brad was very knowledgeable and helped me to identify the best system for my home. I had Vector in the past and all of the equipment in my home malfunctioned on several occasions. I was in the market for a Sonos speaker when I visited the showroom, however you were out of stock so I purchased it elsewhere. The only issue I've had is the service with Security Central. Each billing cycle has brought issues. Happy to recommend LiveWire and Brad to anyone looking for a security system for their home.
