They showed up when they said the would. They got the job done. I trust their ability. I for what they did, I do not believe it needed it to cost as much as it did.

We used LiveWire to install one home theater, 6 bedroom installs (including a master with lots of devices and sound throughout bedroom and bath), sound throughout main living areas and outside patio area, and dining room stealth speakers so that the ceiling could be custom painted. We also required a pretty complex rack installation to handle the needs of the techno geeks in the house. My husband is in IT and wanted to be involved in the process. What really stood out was the service we received from technician Mark P. The amount of time he spent with each phase of our system was exceptional. We then went on to phase two of our system with LiveWire, installing a multi camera security system. This was designed and the install completed very quickly. The police have used film from our cameras when working on cases of neighborhood theft. My only complaint with LiveWire is that their billing system is not consistent and not always reliable. We would recommend Henry and his team any day. We may have paid more for our system, but the service team with LiveWire is priceless.
