Excellent, responsible business

LiveWire technically performed everything they promised. They are very easy to work with and reliably show up and perform what they promise. The very quickly designed and installed electrical and entertainment upgrades. They also resolved some serious issues we were having with the internet service. Their supplier, Lutron, made many mistakes on order for window shades which caused this part of project to by delayed for months. We were very disappointed with Lutron support on this part of the project. LiveWire employees are exceptional with their communications which makes them a pleasure to work with. Nothing like technical competence AND communication skills!!

Drake, our installer, was prompt, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk with. It's always reassuring when the installer knows about or owns the equipment you are buying. Besides, it's always great to speak with a fellow audiophile. Great experience overall.

I had a really old house that required complete design and installation of not only a fully integrated audio/ WiFi system but,also, visual/TV design and installation in seven rooms and fast and capable computer access. The design is seamless and the installation was perfect. Livewire was available to tweak the system at a moments notice and I could not be happier with the outcome. These people know what they are doing.

The install crew did a very nice job. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They left the work site clean and tidy.

We are "old" in our 50's and Brad was great at guiding us through what we need, and how technology works today - compared to what we are used to or what we have installed in the past. We "fought" him (really technology) most of the way and he was so patient with us and really guided us through the process. It was hard spending the money, since we were building a house and had lots of things we needed and wanted to spend money on; now that we have moved in, we are glad we got this all taken care of up front.
