LivewireReviews of getlivewire.com

Livewire was exceptional throughout our entire TV/Media Retrofit process. From the very beginning Marshall was thorough, listened intently to our desires and goals, and laid out a great plan for our home. Because of the age of the home, there were many challenges and it was not a "cookie cutter" design. But Marshall always had a solution, always had an answer. His confidence and vision eased our anxiety. Jason and Joe were our installers. From the very beginning we knew we were in good hands as they treated our home as theirs. Even as they encountered challenges that were not originally seen or planned for, they kept a can-do attitude and delivered a flawless end product exactly as we had planned. Without any reservation I recommend Livewire for all your technology design and execution needs. I will most definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

I had an issue with an outside system and needed it fixed quickly. Livewire made time in their schedule and fixed the problem. Even called me to follow up.

Live wire was my personal choice for our home audio/visual and technology needs. They never disappoint. Great and timely service and are willing to go beyond the norm to get you the solution you want.

I recently called Livewire to do a small job. They responded quickly and efficiently. When their workers arrived they were prompt, efficient, and courteous. They were very professional and got the job done with minimal about of disruption and also checked everything out and made sure everything worked properly. Great job!! Would definitely recommend.

I had an awesome experience with LiveWire this morning. James came to my home to replace a video amplifier and do some re-wiring in my technology panel. He was great...showed up when promised, worked diligently without the need for help, and got the problem fixed. In addition, he organized the wiring in the panel box, cleaned it up and left it 1000% better than the way he found it. Just an incredible experience. Thanks to LiveWire and James.

From beginning to end, all installations were completed in a timely, customer-friendly manner. Installation team (James and Ricky) deserves honorable mention. Would recommend to anyone.

From initial consultation to final installation, the project was perfect. Everything was explained clearly so I understood what the project entailed and what the result would be. Emails and phone calls were answered quickly. The technical experts were efficient and professional in their manner. Explanation of potential add-on services was done as a suggestion and not a hard sell. I will definitely use Livewire services again and will refer the company to anyone looking for home technology services.

I had a small job but this was the second time using Live Wire. They are white glove neat, hid all the wires and did an awesome job. Very professional, knowledgeable and overall great company to work with.
