Joe called each just before he arrived on each of his two visits to make sure we were ready for the service call. During the calls, Joe explained things well so that I understood what he was doing and how the systems connect and work together. He was clean, always removing his shoes and cleaning up any parts or packaging. After looking for a wire in the ceiling he vacuumed the floor as dust fell from a sound fixture he had to remove to locate wiring. I would certainly call Livewire again as needed.

Livewire does an incredible job from top to finish. They send an appointment email in advance of visit and a quote on the proposed cost. They show up on time and are very adept at handling your tech issues. I purchased a new Fios quantum router which they installed and incorporated into our wireless home network. I highly recommend Livewire.
