Great communication
There was a shipping delay. At every point they communicated well. They gave us an option to cancel, they told us the expected solution and the expected timeframe. Well done!

Your email support team was VERY helpful early this morning! However, there was no way to make phone contact yesterday afternoon when I was having trouble with an online order. (Just a phone message saying leave a message, or some such thing.).
