I have written a previous negative review of this company but thought that there was still hope that things might be resolved, but no such luck. Things just got worse. Trying to deal with the woman at customer service was awful while trying to arrange for a return or exchange. She seemed to go out of her way to make things difficult, making me jump through hoops just to prove that I was wrong. I will never do business with this company again.

I ordered a jersey on March 20, 2023 for my son's birthday on April 2nd. I started getting emails saying they were having issues with USPS so my order would be delayed. About a week later I got another email saying sorry for the delay if you want to cancel call this number or email us. I called the number and just rings 3 times and then disconnects. No outgoing message or anything. I email and was told "Hello, your order is on the way so we are sorry because if we cancel your order, you will have to pay twice the shipping fee, cancellation fee, tax. The total cost to cancel the order is already half of the order value, so it will be very expensive for you. We don't appreciate paying more than half the order value without getting anything in return so please wait patiently to receive your order, it's the best for your order." I then asked for a USPS tracking number when they provided, however USPS says it is an invalid #. Of course it is. What a freaking scam!!!

I would give less stars if I could, do not ever order from this website. I ordered a jersey from them two months a ago that was never received and the tracking number give says they delivered it to some where in Ohio

Do not I repeat do not order from this company I ordered a jersey March 11 2023 todays date is March 23 2023 and I still haven’t received my item hell it haven’t even left the so called store stay away from this site its bs
