Unfortunately I had to get rid of my dog 😢! I never used the collars that I ordered. I messaged customer service and explained my situation and Julia, who I had the pleasure of working with, processed my return immediately. This process 100% hassle free! I purchased 4 pods for my dogs. I am very happy with them I have no evidence of fleas or ticks. One pod fell out and they are replacing it without question! Would highly recommend them!!!

Pendants pouch fell out within 4 weeks and when I wrote to tell them what happened the very next morning there was a note from Julia telling me a new pendant was on the way. GREAT customer service!!👍🏻
