I bought the protection for my pups last year and the coverage was fantastic! No more monthly poison drops and it is also economical to boot! I had a problem with damage to one of the pendents from my last order. I emailed furlife and Glisson, and employee from the company was tremendous in helping me with a replacement. I am graciously waiting my replacement free of charge. I have to say a year ago I was skeptical about furlife but I saw no flees all year and now I am hooked. I have 5 dogs and I have pendants on all of them.
