Although I am extremely embarrassed because I contacted them about an order I placed only to find out i was contacting the wrong company, I am extremely impressed with the customer service provided to me by Mat!! As I provided details of my order, Mat immediately responded, requested further information and determined my error in a timeframe I haven't had the pleasure to experience with other companies relating to this type of issue!!!
