I actually ordered 3 devices 1 blue two pinks and received all blue ;/ it was upsetting bcs I don’t want my two females to wear blue devices for a whole year, but Jeanne and Julia from customer svce acted quickly and helped me, so that my two girls can wear pink devices and use this natural method that many pet parents like me now trust! By mistake I ordered the wrong color and then when I realized it, I asked to change my confirmed order to a different color. JeAnne in Customer Service was able to change it immediately and sent an email confirmation!

I am blown away by the effectiveness of the little thing on the collers. We live on a farm with 3 large dogs no ticks or flees. One of the 3 damaged his collar he has had 8 to 10 ticks a day. I emailed customer support. JeAnne and Julia resolved my problem new one on the way. Grate products with the customer support to back it up.
