When I had an issue they responded fast and efficient manner.

I ordered one of the collars for my dog and I saw that there were two of them on my confirmation email. I emailed customer service the next day. Roy helped me very quickly and was very nice to work with. He got the second one off my order right away. Thanks Roy!

Julia and Gilian were responsive and really represented your company in a great way. There is nothing worse for the consumer when a company does not address our issues. They were both outstanding and got my replacements in the mail. My doggies are patiently waiting! 🤗

I had an issue with my dogs flee and tick pendant and customer support responded immediately and has already shipped out a new pendant and it is on the way. I love these pendants so I don’t have to give my best friend a chemical monthly which can has side effects. Once I found FurLife I haven’t even thought of using anything else

I have to come in this team with keeping in contact with me after I emailed about a Function with an item I sent an email and explained what went on and what I thought had happened of course not knowing, all of the liquid came out of my German shepherds, flea and tick medicine. I received emails back from Julia and she has been most helpful in replacing the medicine for my little girls collar. I have been using the product for my cats and my dogs now for three years and I must say we are all very happy and satisfied. Thank you for keeping in contact with me and answering me so quickly. I had a marble fall out of my dogs flea and tick tag. Furlife sent me a brand new one free of charge . Could not be happier would definitely recommend them over Seresto collar works great and does the job !
