Great customer service! My furlife pod was accidentally punctured while my dog was wearing it- and I inquired about how to order just the pod. Roy, Glisson & Julia quickly responded and sent me a new one free of charge. I love that this is a natural vs. chemical option-peace of mind

I love the FurLife collars! I had difficulty today placing my order for this season. Probably an internet issue. I ended up cancelling the order and emailing support for help. Roy in Support responded very quickly and corrected the issue without a problem and contacted me. Thank you so much Roy for the efficiency and help with the order!
