I had made an order and accidentally bought 2 items, when I contacted them, I received a reply fast. Update! Not only did I receive a full refund, the company sent me a product of my choice free! Now that’s great customer service!!

We love FurLife. We live in 20 Acres and have tall grass in our pasture with cows. The dogs roam around it. They did not have ONE tick last year so we went ahead and ordered another round for this year. Grissom and Matt were very helpful with some questions and help. Thanks for making such a great product and hiring quality people!

My sweet Border Collie thanks you as well... UPDATE! My dogs are both now covered in fleas and I have been told to buy more products and they are not going to stand behind the first order of around $70... Why would anyone buy more product if they don't stand behind your first product purchase?

I order a tag for my mom's dog and I think when I did the order picked up for cats, but Julia responded saying that they can be use on both as is the same ingredients. Fast response!
