I bought this product as I loved that it is an all natural protection for my Doberman. It smells amazing as well. I will say the product didnt remain in the carrier and fell out within a 30min window..I reached out to customer service via email and recieved a response and a solution in less than 24 hours. This is the type of company that will have my business.

I ordered 5 pendants for my 3 cats and 2 dogs. They’re wonderful! I had an issue with on of my cats pendants, where there was a leak and the products was coming out.
