My dogs flea and tick pod busted and I inquired about getting a new one. I received an immediate response from Roy and then a follow up response from Mat. Both were very courteous and helpful. They resolved my issue right away without any hassle. Top notch customer service!

This was my second purchase with FurLife and I will definitely be a loyal customer! Not only do the products work but added to that the customer service is outstanding! I had an issue with one of the pendants leaking so I emailed them right away. I really didn't expect to hear back from them until the next day but within JeAnne and Glisson emailed me back within about 15 minutes! They reassured me that my issue would be handled immediately with a free replacement! What a great company with people that care about their customers! (And their customers "furbabies"!) Thank you JeAnne and Glisson for the quick response and for dealing with my issue with a free replacement! FurLife has definitely gained a loyal and repeat customer!

All the thanks to Julia, Ramon, and Roy! They listened to my issue and quickly responded with a solution. We also do really like the product. Purchased the 12m pendant for our dog and during the 2 months he’s worn it we have had zero issues with ticks or fleas, which normally we have a big problem keeping them off him. I contacted support due to my package not moving for a couple days. JeaAnne was very quick to respond and state the package was stuck and would immediately resend the package and confirmed the address was correct. Roy responded back after I confirmed the address was correct extremely fast. I received the shipping confirmation shortly after.
